Parainema - a varietal hybrid originated out of Honduras  - is an exclusive and high end variety of arabica coffee provided through producer Roderick Oviedo and the Cooperative Tepeyac. You are able to taste the intentional high quality work required cultivating this type of coffee. It is known for its unique, savory, and often floral flavor profile. It's also described as having a creamy mouthfeel. While some may find it herbal or vegetal, it's generally appreciated for its bright acidity and balanced taste.
