Mexican Coffee

Through connections made within our coffee communities, we found Las Chicharras who are amazing producers/exporters of green coffee in Chiapas, Mexico. There is high intentionality investing in, educating, and loving the indigenous coffee farmers of the Chiapas area to irradicate poverty.

The Jaguar was chosen as the symbol for the harvest of this specific coffee. Even in the hard situation that these producers live in Chiapas right now, they cannot stop and have to be as strong as the Jaguar. The Jaguar in Chiapas is a special animal. It is strong, peaceful, and kind, but when it has to defend its community, it is willing to sacrifice itself. 

This harvest is produced at 1500m and is a natural processed coffee giving you an incredibly smooth cup. We find notes of Cocoa, Plum, Almond, and Camomile Tea.
