This smooth coffee is produced by Juana in Cuautotola, Mexico residing in the highland mountains of the Sierra Norte of Puebla. Juana is part of the Church of Xatiji Latamat, led by our brother Franco. They are a community that primarily speaks the indigenous tongue Totonaco and has been built by generations of cultivating coffee. 


"Xatiji Latamat" (Totonaco) translates to "El Camino" (Spanish) and translates to "The Way" in English.
